Information we collect

When you create an account for the service, you are required to provide information such as an email address so we may identify you for the purposes of providing service functionality to you and to contact you regarding your account.

Haystack currently does not collect device identifiers.

Haystack may use public, third-party data sources on the web to fulfill your intents. For example, you may create a program that writes a biography of your family which summarizes information using news clippings that mention you by name. Because we have no control over the data sources, we are not liable for the accuracy of the information.

Information we store

Haystack allows you to create programs to accomplish workflows. When you create a program, the program is stored in the service until it is deleted. If you share information with the Haystack service, it will be stored until you request it to be deleted.

Haystack currently does not store device identifiers.

Haystack does not "train" machine learning models using information scraped from the web or data submitted by users.

Information we share

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Haystack relies on third-party vendors such as Google Cloud and OpenAI to store and process your data. Any data shared with third-parties is only done so to provide service functionality to you.

Your Rights and Disputes

You (or an authorized agent) may request any data associated with you to be amended or deleted by contacting us at the address below.
